Warm Up ( do each warmup exercise for 1min, be slow take ur time, breathe in and out, be easy and be calm as u do them)
Begin workout
Mountain Climbers 1min
Lunge Jump 30secs (be fast really fast as u do this)
Power Jump 40secs (be fast)
Step up 30sec (run up and down on one step really fast as if you are running up and down a fleet of steps, work those arms and breathe in and out)
Burpees you can be a bit slow 1min
DO ALL THESE AGAIN 5TIMES
TUMMY
JACK KNIFE CRUNCHES (HOLD IN TUMMY 25REPS)
BICYCLE CRUNCHES 25REPS
LEG RAISES 25REPS
CRUNCHES 25REPS
SIDE PLANK
HOLD BOTH SIDES 25SECS
FRONT PLANK HOLD FOR 25SECS
STRETCH
