GROUP1

-POWER SKIP 30SECS

STATIC SUMO SQUATS HOLD 20SECS

-THROW PUNCHES 20SECS (REALLY FAST USE DUMBBELLS OPTIONAL)

ALTERNATING FRONT LUNGES 10REPS ON EACH LEG MAKING A TOTAL OF 20MOVES (meaning when you bend one knee, lets say the right, your alternating doing the other knee)

-JUMP SQUAT 15REPS

BACK KICKS 15REPS ON EACH LEG

REPEAT THIS MOVE AGAIN

 

GROUP2

– POWER JUMP 15REPS AND THEN DROP TO A SQUAT HOLD FOR ABOUT 30SECS

DROP TO A HALF PUSH UP 10REPS
