IN THE NEXT 3DAYS WE WOULD BE MIXING CARDIO/STRENGTH TRAINING AND FOCUSING ON THE UPPER BODY.

5MINS WARMUP (MIX JUMPING JACKS, skipping and jogging on one spot)

WE HAVE 3 GROUPS EACH GROUP WOULD BE DONE 2CE

WORKOUT:

GROUP1

HIGH KNEES FOR 30SECS (FAST)

ARNOLD PRESS 12REPS

RUN ON ONE SPOT FOR 20SECS

THROW PUNCHS FOR 10SECS (REALLY FAST)

ARNOLD PRESS 12REPS

REPEAT AGAIN

 

GROUP2

floor crawl 10secs (click here to watch video, its just the first routine that shows this exercise VIDEO)

Dumbell Lateral Raise 12reps

Tuck jump 10reps (do this 15 – 20secs)

Dumbbell Front Raises

Mountain Climbers 20secs (try and do 40 within 20secs)

Dumbbell fly

Repeat 2ce

 

Group3

Skip for 5mins (ensure you do about 500 skips, if you cant skip do mountain climbers)
