Hi guys i have embedded a video in here hope you can see it.
Well today we would keeping it basic but challenging.
After a 5min workout we would be doing these basic exercises.
1. Skipping
2. Bicycle crunches
3. Jumping mountain Climbers
4. Jump Squat.
In the video embedded you would be able to see how they are done i want you to jump squat on a mini pavement like a step of ur stair case.
This is how you would do these workout
1. 125skips
20 Bicycle crunches
2. Jumping moutian climbers 25
Jump Squat 10x
do these 4sets
Stretch
WORKOUT COMPLETE
