am sure yesterday was kool and today is going to be pure cardio so its more of burn fat dat.
1. Jumping 30secs 3sets (you jump high raise your knees to hip level and then tap you knees, rest 30secs after each set)
2. Mountain Climbers 1min 3sets (rest 30secs after each workout)
3. Run on one spot really really fast 30secs 3sets(rest after each set)
4. Jump rope 1min 6sets (rest for 30secs after each set)
STRETCH ( am sure you all now know the routine)
