SEPTEMBER 2013 CHALLENGE DAY 15


Hi ladies,

today we are going to take it easy since we are on the detox program so we cant be really extreme and also yesterday’s program was rather challenging so today we would just go on something really light.

Please note that stressing the body encourage weight gain so we need to rest from time to time.

 

 

WARM UP 5MINS: (walking around, marching in place and jumping jacks)

SKIPPING 500

Then stretch

YEP THATS IT.
