Hi ladies hope we are having fun.

For today we are going to do a burpees,  jumping jacks and strength training.

We wont be doing any squatting or tummy workouts PLS ALL PARTICIPANTS FROM THE AUGUST CHALLENGE SHOULDN’T DO AS WELL PLS I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY OTHER WORKOUT.

BURPEES 15x

DUMBBELL FRONT RAISES 20

JUMPING JACKS 30

DUMBBELL FLY 20

High Knees (a little fast 20secs)

DUMBBELL PULL OVER 20

Jump Rope 50X
