SEPTEMBER 2013 Challenge DAY 1


Hi guys,

welcome to Anna’s weightloss challenge.

ALL AUGUST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD DO THIS WORKOUT ROUTINE 2CE

Warm up: 5mins (walk and swing arms)

Cardio:

Skipping 100x

jumping jacks 30x

Moutain Climbers 30x

Burpees  30x

Weights: (these firms the chest, arms and stops the bust line from sagging, giving well rounded breasts)

Dumbbell Fly 30x

Dumbbell Lateral Raise 30x

Dumbbell Pull Over 30x (use a heavier dumbbell 5kg)

Body Toning:

Sumo Squats 30x (this gives a nice buttocks, hips and thighs, make sure you go really low, if you cant be stable guide urself using ur hand to lean on a wall as you go down and up)

Lunges 30x

Tummy:

Front Plank Hold 20sec

Side Plank Hold 20secs each side

Oblique crunches 30x

V-Crunch 20x
