JUMP ROPE 1000K CHALLENGE

AFTER THIS ICE YOUR ANKLES lol.

TO DO THIS, GROUP INTO 4 SETS, THATS DO 250SKIPS IN 4SETS

IN EACH SET OF 250 SKIPS BREAK IT INTO 50SKIPS AND REST ABOUT 30 – 60SECS

DO ABOUT 100 ABS WORKOUT

25 V-CRUNCHES

50 STANDING OBLIQUE CRUNCHES ( 25 on each side)

25SECS HOLD PLANK

25 SEC HOLD SIDE PLANK (25 ON EACH SIDE)

Do about 60 SQUATS

30 SQUAT WALL SIT

30 SUMO SQUAT (this is not static, hold hands behind head, then bend knees and come up thats 1, repeat till you count 30 or you can do 10reps rest for 30secs then do another 10 again till you reach 30)
