Today we would eat just a light good meal for example cereal in the morning and for lunch a chicken salad and for dinner (6pm) eat something like fish pepper soup, in btw you can eat fruits.
WARM UP 3MINS
Burpees 60reps (do 4sets of 15)
Skipping 200reps (do 4sets of 50)
rest for 1min
DO ALL THESE 3 TIMES
Do any abs workout of your choice DO ABOUT 150 you can spend about 20mins doing this till you finish it all.
