Workout Routine

Warm Up (for 5min do any slow pace workout like matching in place, torso twist)

Cardio

Jumping jacks 100x (Do 20reps 5sets)

Skipping 100 (Do 20reps 5sets)

Burpees 45 (Do 15reps 3sets)

Squats 60 (Do 20reps 3sets)

Tummy Exercises 100 (Do 25reps of 4 different types)

DO ALL THESE ALL OVER AGAIN
