Hi ladies this might sound simple but trust me you wont be able move your arms the next day.

Know A Little About Boxing

Boxing is a high-energy form of exercise that can be done in a gym, at a fitness center or at home. It provides a person with a good cardiovascular workout and tones the body at the same time. No formal training is needed to perform this exercise at a basic level. Each boxing exercise is normally straightforward and easy to do, even for a beginner

How to box?

Their is no simple way to describe it just stand, you legs a little apart, tighten your fist and push your hand forward hard, firm and fast and quickly do this to the other hand.

Keep doing this with a little body movement.

ROUTINE:

Punch 1min

rest for 30secs (ensure you keep standing and move around)

Then Drop and Do 15reps of Burpees

rest for 30secs

 

Punch for 1min

rest for 30secs

Then do any type of tummy exercise 25reps

rest for 30sec (ensure you keep standing and move around)

 

Punch for 1min

rest for 30sec (ensure you keep standing and move around)

Then do 25reps of push up

WHEN YOU ARE DONE DO THIS AGAIN.
