August Challenge Day3

Today we would be spending about 40mins today in today’s workout

5mins warm up

25mins jogging or brisk walking

10mins Tummy Workout (do any 4 in this illustration below at least 25reps each)

5mins Stretch

DIET ROUTINE

30mins Before morning workout: Each 1banana and drink a cup of water 30mins

After workout each: Cereal, skimmed milk and add blueberries or strawberries as form of sweetner

Lunch 1pm: brown rice and pumpkin leave (stir fry pumpkin leaves in a frying pan of peppers in some palm oil, add some chopped gizzard, iru and season of your choice)

4pm: Lime Smoothie

1/2 cup of lime, sliced

2/3 cup of skim milk or yogurt

3Lime

1/2 cup of raspberries (you can get strawberries or raspberries at shoprite)

8-10 ice cubes

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.

6pm: Water melon
