we would like to introduce to you our first set of participants for the month of August Challenge.
See them now guys because by the month of September you wont recognize them anymore.
We would be guiding these ladies, motivating them and also sharing diet plans and exercises for them to loose weight.

August Challenge – The More Vegetables/Exercise challenge to lose up to 10 kg in August is here.
August 2013 we will be incorporating more vegetables such as ugu, spinach, lettuce, carrots, peas, beans, okro etc into our lunch and dinner. Secondly, we would exercise at least 5 times a week for 20 mins to get the best results for the challenge. You will get daily tips, menu ideas and exercise routines right here on this page.
To Join in, all you need to do is write a comment saying ‘ i’m in’ or like this post. The first 30 to agree to sending their recent picture to email@example.com and agree to update us with their daily meals, exercise and struggles will be closely monitored and given extra support to achieve your dream weight.
