How To Lose 5 kilos Just In A Week

We would like to present you an awesome diet, which will help you to lose 4-5 kilos weight just in a week, as well as few centimeter from your waist. The diet is just a week and easy to be followed, however should be kept very precisely.

Breakfast:

You should always have a breakfast. For breakfast you might choose one fruit, one protein, one carbohydrate from the lists below:

Fruits:

  • 1 banana;

  • 80 g of strawberries, raspberries;

Proteins:

  • A boiled egg;

  • 40 g of peanuts without salt;

Carbohydrates:

  • 1 slice of bread;
  • 5 spoons of muesli, without sugar;
  • 2 biscuits;
  • 5 spoons of cereals with fruits without sugar;

You can drink a cup of coffee or tea as well.

Lunch:
The difference is that you can take two from the fruits and vegetables list, one from protein list and one from carbohydrates list.

Dinner:
You can choose from 3 portions of fruits or vegetables listed and again one from proteins (cooked at the grill) , one from carbohydrate list. Avoid oil or sauce. Cut out sugar! Try to avoid salt for this week.  Drink water minimum 2 -2,5l daily.

For lunch and dinner choose from list below:

Fruits and vegetables:
80g of carrots,
80g of cabbage,
80g of broccoli,
80g of tomatoes,
80g of spinach,
80g of grapes,
80g of pineapple,
1 apple,
1 orange.

Proteins (just one)
100g of fish (mackerel, salmon, carp);
100g of red meat;
150g of chicken;
1 big egg;
100g of cheese without fat;

Carbohydrates:
100g of spaghetti;
1 big potato;
2 slices of bread;
125g of boiled bean or soybean;
