7days Fruits and Vegs Diet: Day1 Plan


Hi guys,

you are welcome to Anna’s 7Days Fruits and Vegs Diet our goal is to lose about 2kg and 2inches off in 7days and each day we would be having different workout plan, so this is day 1, please do note we would be exercising during these 7days as well because to have maximum results we need to mix it up with exercising as well.

Exercise Plan Day1:

Running, jogging, skipping or walking for 30mins (note you can mix them all up)

Tummy: Focus On the obliques (The Love handles), Upper Tummy and Lower tummy

OBLIQUE EXERCISE do each sides 15times 3times (2sets)

UPPER TUMMY do 15times (2sets)

LOWER TUMMY (do 15times (3sets)

Exercise For Slimmer Arms

SLIMMER ARMS ensure you just carry 5kg dumbells (Do each hands 15times 2sets)

DAY1 EATING PLAN:

MORNING 6AM: AN APPLE

MORING 9AM: VEGETABLE SALAD AND A CUP OF FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE

5, A SMALL AMOUNT OF BOILED SKIN LESS AND BONE LESS CHICKEN ALREADY SHREDDED

6. ONIONS

7. LETTUCE

12Noon: SMOOTHIE

1. YOGURT (with no sugar, recommend nurti day yogurt)

2. two large bananas

3PM: A SMALL AMOUNT OF PAWPAW AND DRINK WITH A TALL GLASS OF LIME WATER

6PM: CONSUME HALF AN AVOCADO
